Food Share= SNAP, WIC and Senior Vouchers
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also known as FoodShare, is in place at the Farmers Market. The Market’s goal is to increase access to fresh fruits and vegetables for low-income families. Persons eligible for FoodShare benefits are able to purchase tokens with their benefits card at the Market Office located in the center of the park and utilize the Market to purchase fresh items that are nutritious for them and their families.

We are proud to be chosen for the NEW state program Double Up Food Bucks.
When you use your QUEST card at the market, you will receive an additional $20 in tokens when taking $20 off your quest card. Thats $40 to spend on fresh foods. Match tokens are for fruit and veggies only, but SNAP tokens can be used for any authorized products.
WIC and Senior Market Vouchers
Plans are underway to find an underwriter to cover a match program for WIC and Senior vouchers.
When visiting the market, start at the market office where we will stamp and double your vouchers with market coins.
